As the manager of the New Canaan, CT office I am honored to be working with a terrific team of talented and seasoned Real Estate professionals. As a non-competing manager,100% of my time and effort is focused on developing my agents - not building my own book of business!  My goal is to help guide and assist my sales agents to be the BEST Realtors in the business.  I provide ongoing training and support opportunities for my agents.  I conduct weekly coaching and training workshops, private counseling and business development strategies with my agents.  I offer Script Practice workshops, Action workshops and Business Development workshops in addition to one on one coaching with my agents.  I make sure that I am available and accessible to my agents to answer questions, act as a sounding board, or go to bat for them when a problem comes up.  I provide feedback to ensure that my agents are working at their full capabilities.  I offer systems, tools, organization skills and provide my agents with a strong administrative support staff so they can take time off for themselves and achieve a balance in their lives.

Real Estate is a customer service industry and our office works to make that our #1 goal.  My office strives to achieve the highest level of quality service to our clients and business partners. My agents' goal is to have Clients for Life! Real estate is an ever changing industry and to that end it is my job to keep my agents up to date on the industry as well as all the marketing and support materials Coldwell Banker has to offer.  My daily goal is to offer encouragement, training, support and value to my agents in building their business.
