I have worked with large companies for over 12 years, specializing in the areas of recruiting, selection and retention.  The companies I have worked with include United Parcel Service, American Automobile Association, Wachovia Banks, Frito-Lay.  For the last 4 years, I have specialized in the real estate industry, working with organizations around the country to implement strategic recruiting programs designed to increase leads generated by the company. More important than the quantity of leads is the quality of leads.  I have given many talks on the topic of the importance of selection.  If a person does not have the skills and abilities to be successful in the position of sales, they don't have a high probability of success as real estate agents.
