I have been practicing real estate for seven years in Barrie and surrounding areas. I can truly tell you that I enjoy my job as I have a passion for this business. Much of the enjoyment comes from getting to work with unique individuals in different situations. A real estate transaction is never identical to another and I am always up for the task no matter the difficulty or the situation. I like to think of myself as a well rounded Realtor able to handle most situations that come my way. I don't have all the answers but if I don't will sure get to the bottom of it. I have always been a big believer in real estate as a solid investment. Seven years ago when I started my career I also started my own real estate portfolio. Over the last seven years I have acquired four properties. Three of these properties are investment rental units and the other property is my own principle residence. All of my properties are located in Barrie. I feel that Barrie is the perfect city to invest in. The location of Barrie is ideal for most middle income families and there are plenty of things to do as well. All my investments in real estate have increased substantially since my original purchase dates. I have a nose for this side of real estate and because of my ability I have several investor client's that I work with.
