Adrian Cloxton has lived in Virginia for over 35 years, and has been employed in various aspects of real estate for over 15 years. Real estate experience (in addition to sales) includes economic development, land development, property management, and relocation. 

Adrian is sought out for her market expertise and often teaches real estate seminars and acts as a consultant for individuals and companies seeking information on local real estate market conditions.  Adrian is currently a Realtor licensed in Virginia. 

Adrian works with buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia. Adrian's specialties as a Realtor include working with individuals and families who are relocating, listings and home staging/sale preparation, and estate sales. 

Adrian is a graduate of Longwood College (now Longwood University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a minor in Political Science.  Adrian is a mother of one beautiful daughter, Jordan, and a sweet rescue dog, Roxie. Interests include history, homemaking (gardening, cooking, decorating) and a wide array of outdoor sports and activities. Adrian currently resides in historic Herndon, Virginia.
