I have been in the real estate industry for going on 17 years now. I have been in the title and escrow business for the majority of that time while developing real estate and investing and also owning my own title and escrow company for 5 of those years. I successfully sold that company and went full time into developing real estate, new construction and a lot of real estate investing. I currently have partnered with a group of friends that buys and sells bulk REO packages. Some of the packages we keep and have a long term strategy in place but most we purchase and then go out looking for a buyer.
