I have my New Homes Certification - CSP, E-pro certification, CDPE (short sales) and numerous REO (bank owned properties) certifications. I have been a REALTOR for 9 years and have worked with many different types of transactions, including land, new homes, short sales, foreclosures and resale properties.
I specialize in clients who are relocating to the Northern Virginia area. I work with military clientele, including Fort Belvoir and Quantico installations. I assist these clients in finding the right home as quickly as possible. I assist them with knowledge of the area in order to make the best decision for location based on their employment location and their potential residence.
I also work with many first time home buyers assisting them with the intricacies of the market and learning the process of buying a new home, including any pitfalls they may encounter.
