Barbara Winn brings to her real estate practice an extensive background in marketing, management and customer service.  Barbara is a long-term resident of the Lehigh Valley and Eastern PA and knows the area well – schools, communities, and recreation and entertainment opportunities.  She knows where the marketing and advertising opportunities are to most effectively sell properties.

Barbara lives in Southern Lehigh County, she attended East Penn schools and her children attend schools in the Southern Lehigh district.  Barbara is acting as a new construction site agent for Locust Valley Estates, a Rotelle development. She also specializes in representing buyers and sellers of country homes, estates and farm properties with acreage.  Barbara is very well-versed in the policies applying to Pennsylvania country properties, including those providing significant tax reductions to property owners.  Barbara can handle real estate sales in all of PA, however her focus is on the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, including all of Lehigh County, Bucks County, northern Montgomery County and eastern Berks County.
