Get to Know Andrea Lane

Hello my name is Andrea Lane and I'm a Realtor in the Omaha/Bellevue Metro Area.

I still dabble in Professional Voice Over/Radio Commercials/Television/Movies ,and use that marketing expertise in my real estate business.

I have earned a Graduate Realtors Designation and Short Sale and Foreclosure to give me an advantage over other Realtors in the market.

I enjoy working with a vast amounts of clients. From Investors, First timers, Second time around, Military/VA, and more. I recently added Commercial to my belt.

I have attention to detail and communication. I use a variety of technology to advance my listings and work with my buyers and sellers.

I adjust for every style.

I want the service given that I would want to recieve.

My clients are my reputation and referral business. If I don't treat them right, I don't treat myself and my family right.

Certifications

Military and VA, transfers and relocation.

I understand using a VA loan, and that sometimes using a conventional is a better deal!

I work with a lot of first time home buyers because I take the time to answer all the questions from start to finish.

I've also worked with Investors in a variety of areas...from flip to fire damage,even rental.

I also work with a lot of Military personnel because my husband works on base , and I'm an Air Force Brat!
