I attended Rutgers University School of Business and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Market Research. My formal education coupled with experience in investing, property management, and the trades have given me the necessary skills to approach the real estate market not as a speculator, but as a specialist. I work with many different types of buyers and sellers, but I do specialize in helping many first-time buyers and sellers. The first time around the process can be a bit daunting so I try to give my clients all the possible information, and interpret that information in a meaningful way, so they can make sound decisions. Being a younger agent, I can relate to first-timers concerns and goals and this helps my clients navigate the market successfully.
I also work with many investors. From my experience in investing, property management, and the trades, I know when "the numbers work" and also know how they could work. I'm not about showing my investor clients pride of ownership properties but rather cash cows that provide a solid return.
