| I was a first time home buyer and Brandon was great to work with. He gave me nothing of what I asked for but everything I wanted. I originally set out to buy a 1 level ranch style home, and ended up purchasing a 2 level home. He really took the time to get to the root of my needs and presented me with all of the options available. When it came time to negotiations he was very helpful in providing information about the market and homes in the area to come to a number I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone I know who is buying a home. |

His consultative approach to the process was very welcoming and he was never deterred from finding us the perfect home for us, even when our idea of that perfect home changed numerous times. We looked at 10+ homes with Brandon and couldn't be happier with the one we ended up purchasing. Brandon's local knowledge and analysis of the value vs. price was also wonderful and helped us find a very worthwhile investment. | The leads that Brandon give me are phenomenal. As an investor, I am always looking out for good deals. Brandon has presented me with so many great opportunities. He is hard working and extremely honest. Recently, I presented him with a few properties that I thought were good investments. Instead of facilitating the sales, which he easily could have done to collect a quick commission, he honorably persuaded me to not make the purchases because he believed they were poor investments.
