Our Story:

Agent 531 (tm) was created by Dennis J. Giannetti, MS.  As Chief Learning Officer and Regional VP for Florida's top independent brokerage firms (Illustrated Properties www.ipre.com), Dennis was able to identify that today's real estate agent is tasked with the difficult challenge of finding both success and a sense of balance.  He realized that while many people get into the real estate business to make a good paycheck and have the freedom to be their own boss, many trade one for the other.

If you are finding yourself working hard; not having enough time in each day; and wondering when it gets easier, then you understand why Dennis created Agent 531.  Concurrently, if you find yourself lost, with too much time on your hands, and not knowing what direction to go, you also understand why this service was created.

As a former agent, manager, (current) CLO/VP, Dennis has been in every facet and area that this business offers in understanding the challenges and opportunities of today's agent.  It is through the winders of the Internet that he is now able to bring a lot of the programs that have brought his agents and clients success to you.

Regarding the name....Agent 531, there is meaning--on three specific levels.

The Agent 531 System follows the premise that to grow your business (or life), you have to look forward and work back.  In this case, 5 years ahead, then 3, then 1 and so on.  Its a specific formula....and it works The Agent 531 System focuses on another specific implementation formula.  That is 5 business models, 3 strategies and 1 Massive Action Plan (Agent MAP) The Agent 531 System follows the development premise that clients will initiate their gorwth in a very specific cycle of improvement.  That is, through a 5 month period (initiation and implementation), a three month period (assessment and adjustment), and finally a one month period (ROI/ROE)

Dennis Giannetti

 

Dennis Giannetti has held a real estate license since 1988.  His tenure in Florida real estate came in 1995 when he earned his sales persons license in the State of Florida.

Since then, in addition to working in sales, Dennis has had several opportunities in and out of real estate to which he has been able to provide and develop professional development programs that he now uses today.  Some of these opportunities include:

Working as a salesperson for Prudential and Coldwell Banker Working as an instructor for the Florida Association of Realtors and Tony Macaluso's School of Real Estate Being a Training Manager for The Wackenhut Corporation Owning a Consulting Business that provided training and coaching to nationally recognized companies such as Kellogg's, Kimberly Clarke, and the Smithsonian Institution. Being a Branch Manager for a Prudential office in South Florida Working in a Team Leader role for Keller Williams Realty Being an adjunct professor or management and leadership for 3 universities on line and on ground.

In addition to these experiences, Dennis has earned degrees and certifications that also have prepared him for his primary consultative role as CLO (ChiefLearning Officer)  and Regional VP to South Florida's #1 Independent Real Estate Company,  Illustrated Properties.  These include:

A Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development A Master of Science degree in Dispute Resolution A Bachelor of Arts in Humanities (Pre-Law) A Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent A certification as a Mediator A second degree black belt and self defense instructor.
