After we’ve walked through every room, opened every door, pulled your truck into every garage to see if it fits, taken a stroll around every property line, checked out every surrounding neighborhood, and finished “kicking the tires,” then comes decision time.
Once you’ve decided you’d like to make an offer on a property, Adam will help you determine a reasonable offer to present to the seller. We’ll look at similar properties in the neighborhood that have sold in the past year and compare and contrast the differences to help you negotiate the best possible purchase price and terms for that property. Once we come to terms with the seller and go “under contract” on a property, Adam will help you with your due diligence and make sure that you are protected throughout the transaction. And of course, we’ll build contingencies into the offer so that if anything is not to your liking, the inspection turns up anything you’re not comfortable with, financing falls through, or any other unforeseen circumstances arise, you’ll be able to cancel the transaction, keep your earnest money, and get started on finding the right property again.
