My experience started in the real estate industry since 1984; I started out typing appraisal reports and expanded into title insurance field and returning in the late 90's to the appraisal field. I have an understanding of the complete process from listing to the closing. I appraise single family homes, condominiums, vacant land, relocation appraisals, divorce/estate appraisals, multifamily properties and FHA appraisals. State Certified Residential Appraiser RD4006.
