I started out my real estate career with Century 21 St. Andrew's Realty Inc. in Aurora, ON, and moved to Right At Home Realty because I felt like I can provide a better service for my clients and benefit from a more competitive commission structure.

I have a strong knowledge of the Richmond Hill and Aurora Markets as they are they 2 areas that I spend most of my time in. However, if there is one skill that I have worked hardest on perfecting it is the ability to research an area to learn the information that my clients require. This goes back to my belief in exceptional service, since my clients are not always looking to move into or out of Richmond Hill or Aurora. If I was to claim a specialization it would be for residential real estate as that accounts for the majority of my business. I have a strong understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of both Condominiums and Freehold homes and the different issues that can arise when buying or selling either of them. I take a personal approach, by asking questions and listening to you, to help you get the results that you want or need.
I take an analytical approach to contracts. When negotiating terms, of a sale or purchase, it is very important to to understand what the terms say. A few changes in the wording could lead to future problems. I analyze the clauses that are in every contract to make sure that there will be no future concerns with regards to the contract. This helps to avoid fraud and failed closing due to a misinterpretation of deadlines.
