| Annamarie Ringheim!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend. | Annamarie went WAY beyond the call of duty assisting us in purchasing our new home. We were not easy customers because we were out-of-state buyers looking for the perfect house for us! With patience and guidance, Annamarie was able to find our house!! She ALWAYS looked out for OUR best interest, and was never pushy, was always game to show us any house we wanted to see, and ALWAYS helpful. She even put us on her "notification email list", which sent us listings in the area we were interested in as they went up for sale. We were always the first the know when a new listing went up for sale. She became our first new friend in our new neighborhood. She is EXTREMELY knowledgable and assisted us with everything from negotiating, to locating trades to renovate our new home, to finding us a great lawyer, and telling us pertinent information about the local area.
