I attend educational classes regularly, both required and voluntary. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert which means I am equipped to process and negotiate a short sale from start to finish. I have a long list of Banks that I work directly with and sell directly for. I am a member of Women in Default Services. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and I also hold a Graduate of the Realtor Institute Certificate (GRI).
I specialize in short sales and foreclosures. As a distressed property expert I have been trained to process and negotiate short sales regardless of how far behind on mortgage payments a seller may be. I have a strong track record for negotiating short sales with multiple mortgages and lenders.
I have been selling REO's for several years as well. I specialize in everything from property procurement, to Cash-for keys, to marketing the property for sale.
