| Abe was an amazing find. Seriously, we found him standing on in the driveway waiting on another couple while we were out shopping ourselves. He offered to show us the house and we were hooked from then on. We felt completely comfortable with Abe as we viewed "many many" homes. Abe was patient, knowledgeable and very in tune with the different wants and needs that my wife and I had. When we viewed homes Abe would point out issues with homes like a trained contractor. He didn't try to sell us anything we BOTH weren't completely sold on. In fact he didn't try to sell us anything really...he shared his knowledge about homes and the area, gave his opinion then stepped back. When we did find the home we both wanted Abe knew the market value of the area and we were able to negotiate a great price! I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Abe as your realtor. He is VERY dedicated to the cause. He always found time to meet us at every home we wanted to look at, regardless of area, and we drove back and forth across the Greater Phoenix area believe me. | Abe has a total grasp of the real estate process. We recommend abe to any client with no reservations.To have abe as our agent made our dream home come true.Mind you we bought our home in phoenix in march 2011. We later found out that during this period less than 1100 hundred mortgages went through a historic low. If we did not have abe as our agent we would not be were we are now. Abe will always be welcomed at our home. |
