I began fishing at Lake Oconee in 1981, shortly after the lake was impounded in 1979. Needless to say, I have seen a lot of changes since this time. | Mine and my wife's home buying experience with mr kent was stress free. Mr kent went above and beyond what I thought real estate agents were required to do.the home mr kent helpmy wife and I purchased was our first home and was relatively inexpensive but mr kent was involved and attentive as if it were a million dollar home. | Alan was extremely helpful throughout our entire home buying process. He has lived in the area for many years and is very familiar with the local market. This was our first home, and Alan was very patient with us. He was great about explaining the process and helping us navigate the HUD system. | What can I say about one of the long time top realtors in the Lake Oconee, Georgia area? Alan is "honest" and knows the market. I dealt with him in 1999 when we bought a house on Lake Oconee and then the following year when we sold our other house on the lake. He is not 'pushy' but aggressive enough to penetrate an extremely slow market. I have never known of him to say "what a buyer or seller wants to hear" which is important to me. |
