With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering I worked nearly 20 years in industry in various business management roles support the supply chain processes and organization, with key interaction between upper management, manufacturing, and the customer.  This developed for me a keen sense of customer needs and customer service as well as analytical skills. 

When I joined the real estate industry in 2002 I brought these skills to my customers.  A rare blend of customer orientation and market analytics.

I learned and sold for 5 years and then managed a growing office of 42 agents for 5 years.  I formed an LLC "Equity Alternative, LLC" for the purpose of buying, renovating, and selling distressed properties.  I am very skilled in investment real estate and growing my clientele in Commercial real estate.
