I have been a real estate investor for more than 30 years.  I was a licensed real estate agent in the State of Alabama for more than 25 years, but spent most of my time growing and managing my own portfolio of single family homes and small apartment complexes.  Recently, I have become active with REO's, rehabs and distressed note purchases.
