During my 24 years in real estate, I have had the pleasure of buying and selling homes and I have met many incredible people. Some of whom I have become great friends with.

The process of buying and selling a home is very emotional and sometimes a difficult experience. That is where I understand and can take as much of the load off as possible from my clients. The process is pretty much the same in every transaction. The personalities and needs are different. Negotiations can sometimes get heated and being able use the knowledge and experience that I have accumulated throughout the years helps to calm the situation and to be able to see and explain a favorable outcome.

I work full time as a Realtor and this is where I come in as a knowledgable Realtor to protect your (my clients) interests while they are carrying out their personal business.  I can take the time to be there when you can't, when repairmen need to be called out, termite inspections need to be done, keys to be made, a good cleaning needs to be done, etc. this can save you valuable time and aggravation. 

Real Estate is a lot of fun for me and I enjoy meeting new friends everyday.  This is what I do well. I do what it takes to get the job done.  I treat each sale or purchase as if it were my own, and treat my clients like I would like to be treated.
