Working in a Rural area, I have developed a knowledge of many aspects of the real estate business. With the current tax credit in place there are numerous first time buyers that have enjoyed me helping them find a new home. I also have several customers who are repeat customers and have referred a good number of clients to me. Commercial properties have slowed but are still popular with some. This includes the rental aspect of commercial properties.
