| "Hey Alex, All is well. The keys were right where they were supposed to be and the house was in fine shape. We're looking forward to getting moved and settled in. We spent the day up at the house yesterday, carried a few items with us to feel somewhat productive, otherwise just de-winterized the house, hiked and let Manny play to his heart’s content. While hiking along the trail system that starts behind the house, we found what looked to me like deer tracks but they were much larger, nearly 6 inches in diameter, and the two toes of each hoof were splayed outward signifying a much heavier animal than a deer. The walking stride was nearly 6 feet, much longer than any deer and the droppings we found were identical to deer but were grape size instead of pea size. It seems the "Moose is Loose" in our back yard ! Alex we can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. Your perseverance and creativity have made a huge difference in our lives and we both feel more like friends than clients. Let's keep in touch...
