What’s With The Funny Name?

We get that a lot. It’s a great ice breaker. But we named it because of the marriage with coffee, which pretty much fuels our business and keeps our real estate agents going. Mocha has come to be known as chocolate, but before that it was a generic term for a variety of coffee beans.
