I have worked in the mortgage lending business for over 12 years. My career started at HSBC Bank Canada where I had several different roles. My first role was as an account manager handling all of the lending and investment needs for a large portfolio of clients. This was followed by over five years in senior management roles which involved training and managing the sales staff at the branch. Since my time at HSBC Bank Canada, I have worked independently as a Senior Mortgage Advisor and now am the President of my own brokerage firm, Your Mortgage Source Inc. As an owner of a mortgage brokerage firm, I am able to provide many more solutions to clients as I have access to over 50 lenders with a very expansive list of products. I have lived in the community of Abbotsford for over 14 years and have an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. I have contacts in all fields of the market including lawyers, notaries, real estate agents and home inspectors. This means you have access to all of the resources available to draw upon for your mortgage and housing needs. In addition to my experience in the mortgage business, I have a wealth of knowledge obtained through my educational background. This means you get sound, solid advice each and every time.
