Currently I focus most of my time working as Broker/Owner of The Alfano Group. This exclusive Real Estate Office is located in the heart of Rocklin, CA. With a strong emphasis in Short Sales, Bank Repos, Luxury Homes, and Fast Sales, I have risen up the charts as one of the most "Elite" Real Estate Agents in the Greater Sacramento Area. Some of my accomplishments also include "Master's Club Member" of Sacramento Association of Realtors and Placer County Association of Realtors.

I enjoy spending the time with my clients to make sure we achieve the goals they are looking for whether it is buying, selling, or negotiating. I spend a lot of time on High-End Homes in Lincoln, Granite Bay, and Roseville yet I apply the same strategies and technology to all listings. With my strong financial background described below, I can assist in helping clients maximize profits or obtaining a fantastic deal.

After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from University of San Diego in Business Economics in 2000, I decided to enter the mortgage and real estate industries.  I began my career at Wells Fargo as a Commercial Loan Specialist and then moved into the Residential Sector two years later. I was hired as the Chief Operations Officer for Novo Mortgage Group from May of 2005 to November 2008. I took the company from the ground up to funding over $500 Million in residential and commercial loans in those three years.

This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions we will establish what you are looking for. My goal is to not waste your time by looking at properties that are not in your price range or homes that don't meet your needs. Throughout the buying process we will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.

Getting Pre-Qualified

This step will show you how much you can afford.  This is accomplished by speaking with your financial institution and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with. Many sellers will not proceed with an offer until they know they are dealing with someone who is pre-qualified. We'll help you get there quickly!

Finding the Right Home   We will use our powerful search programs and the latest real estate technology tools to find the properties that match your search parameters.  We can send them to you immediately via e-mail so that you can browse them at your leisure. You will also receive a personal username and password, along with your very own client section of our website. You can log in anytime you wish and view properties, make requests, or tell us if you would like schedule an appointment.  We will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liaison between you and the seller.
