I began my career in 1972 (41) years ago in New York. These years of experience in Real Estate haven proven very useful in valuating a property, negotiating a deal and finding creative financing solutions. I have held a fascination for real estate since being owner broker in Queens and the Bronx in the 80’s and 90’s. During these many years I established successful business partnerships with Indian and Chinese entrepreneurs, buying and selling commercial and foreclosure properties for banks. I gained valuable experience in multiple dwelling properties, renovation and property management.
My diverse experience has armed me with not only an in-depth knowledge but a keen understanding of all aspects of the business as well.
I was a Charter Member of Inter-American Lions Club of Woodside, New York Association of Realtors Associate Member, Long Island Board of Realtors Associate Member. My fluency in English and Spanish allows me to communicate well with international clientele and international investors.
