Bought my first house in 1976, and have been in real estate one way or another, since.
Apartment & retail center mangement, hotel, property management, commercial leases for professional tenants: these were what I did until 1999, when I started selling real estate full time in Denver Metro.
I have the GRI designation and also the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist).
This last, coupled with the TRC (Transnational Referral Certificate) means I can be in touch with 2500 similarly designated agents in many overseas locations. At present I am working an agent in Spain.
