| Alicia was exceptional. We originated our refi on the phone, but had some difficulty locating certain documents from our previous loan. Alicia came out to the house on a Saturday, just to help us find them. Incredibly pleasant and engaging, it was obvious the Alicia knew her industry very well. | It had taken over nine months of frustration and feeling like just a number with Nationstar Mtg. before I contacted Alicia. Nationstar had zero incentive to refinance my existing mortgage and showed me what a horrible company they are. It took just over 2 months to get my loan processed and signed from the day I called Alicia. I was updated on my loan status in a timely manner and she made herself available at all times.
