There's nothing like a challenge. Selling homes is a great challenge, especially in the cyclical markets we've been witnessing. I like to meet with home sellers and present our program (which ends up being a no brainer if the seller wants to save money) and handle all of their concerns and objections.

On a personal level, my wife and I travel the world extensively. You name it and we've probably been there. Of course, there's always someplace new to go. I'm away from work about two to three months a year on various travel itineraries. We've got so many pictures that someone will have a lot of fun throwing them away after we leave this earth.

My sun sign is Gemini (June 3). I always have two sides working on a project or I see both the pro and con about an issue. I don't carry baggage on my shoulders and I don't worry about things I have no control over. Even things I do control don't worry me too much because they often have ways of working out. This makes life a lot easier.
