I am a sole proprietor, New York State Certified Residential Appraiser with 15 years of experience. The areas that I serve are all of Nassau County(Long Island) which is my home county, and the adjacent County of Queens(NYC). Prior to being an appraiser I sold real estate in the same 2 counties for 15 years and I believe one should stay close to home to build an area of expertise. As a matter of fact I am still a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty on Long Island.

As an appraiser I am available for the following transactions: purchases, refinance, home equity lines, PMI elimination, FHA financing, matrimonial disputes, estate valuation of real property, real estate tax reduction reports and consulting, pre-sale valuation for home sellers as well as any other assignments involving the valuation of 1 to 4 family homes, condos and coops.

With the real estate market improving the number of foreclosures have decreased.
