I have over 35 years of professional and management experience.  The most important thing I can offer any client is my honesty and integrity in dealing with them.  I treat all my clients as personal friends and as family, and treat them as I would want to be treated myself.   I have extensive technical and construction expertise and am able to offer my clients expert opinion on how a home was consructed, and what it's true value might be.  I also can accurately tell them what any proposed upgrades might cost them.   I help my clients to have the peace of mind that they have made an informed decision.
