| When we made the decision to sell our home, we had interviewed several agents but were very disappointed and unimpressed with what we saw. Alex was then recommended to us through a family member. In our first initial meeting, Alex took detailed notes and diligently listened to our needs and what we wanted to accomplish. Once we decided on the date the house would begin its listing, Alex and his team gave it 110%. During our photo shoot, Alex and his team took the necessary time and paid very close attention to all the details which made our pictures so incredibly perfect. He even brought in a photographer who specialized in drone pics to get us some fantastic aerial shots as well. By far, more professional then any of the other countless pics we have seen on seller sites. Alex really did a first-class job. Alex orchestrated an aggressive Open House schedule and made sure his key team members were always present, on time and prepared. | 10/15/2014 To whom it may concern, It is tough trying to choose a Broker out of hundreds, but what stood out about Alex is the fact that I could not find any bad reviews about him, and after experiencing his help to purchase our first home I can see why. Not only was he professional but he was always very optimistic, just in case you fall in love with that fixer upper house, he can see the positive side of the house so that you do get excited. He also made sure we did not purchase our house in the bad part of the city, it was nice to know he was looking out for our safety. Alex not only knows the area, but researched the neighborhood like he was going to move in, himself! | To whom it may concern, Our home had been listed by another agent who just let it sit there without calling us to let us know the listing had expired. Thank Goodness, Alex showed up to our door, informed us that our home listing had expired, asked to set up an appointment and then came to that appointment with a thorough plan. | April 2010 I recently purchased a home and had the fortune to have Alex Montelongo as my Realtor. I found literally hundreds of homes in my price range in the area I was looking. It was intimidating at first but Alex helped me realize what types of homes were the best for me. I had purchased two homes prior to this and thought I pretty much knew all the ins and outs. I soon found out that with the glut of homes on the market today that there are many pitfalls. Alex took the time to explain the different types of sales Ex: Short Sales, Standard Sales and Bank Owned and answered all of my questions regarding the benefits of each. I eventually decided on buying a short sale, which can be risky and takes a lot of finesse.
