One sale involved the unfortunate discovery of an oil tank on the property, which could have cause the loss of our contract due to an extended timeline. | Al Swider served as our real estate agent in 2012 and we couldn't have been happier, as he gives real estate agents "a good name," which isn't something easily said for anyone who has ever bought or sold a house. It was a full service relationship, from pricing strategy, optimal timing to market, local market analysis, consultative recommendations regarding house staging, to willingness to host multiple showings. We also had a newborn during the time Al represented us, and Al was vigilant in always making sure that showings and appointments were conducive to the ever-so-important nap schedule.
