I have been in Real Estate for 18 years and a Licensed Realtor for 10 years. During this time I have been involved in such aspects of Real Estate as Property Management, Remodeling, Renovation and even literally Moving Houses. I believe this wide spectrum of experience and the fact that I grew up and went to school here in Cedar Rapids, gives me a unique ability to gage the market.
