As a mortgage banker with Weststar Pacific Mortgage, Andrea McGhee makes it her personal mission to find the loans her clients need using the skills and wealth of experience she has gained through her 20 years in the banking industry and the more than 500 home loans she has closed during her career.

Andrea’s sense of humor quickly eases things when you meet her. Her professionalism and knowledge are obvious. Always approachable, she sees herself less of salesperson and more of a problem solver and an educator.
Andrea is a certified instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s First-Time Homebuyer classes and is a former instructor for Realtors’ continuing education classes. Credit, budgeting and debt management counseling are all part of the education she provides her clients today.
Andrea often works with first-time homebuyers and veterans and is an expert in VA, FHA and USDA government loan programs that require little or no down payments. She finds great satisfaction in helping people who have lost their homes—due to foreclosures, bankruptcy or short sales. She helps restore their confidence in being homeowners again.
“I am tenacious about solving problems and getting to the bottom line right away,” Andrea says.
Andrea volunteers at her church and hosts a business women’s Bible study. She is also a visible member of the local community having served as an officer in key industry trade associations in Thurston County. She has been married 25 years and is the mother of four children with the youngest and oldest separated by 20 years!

| It was such a pleasure to work with Andrea as she helped us with the refinancing of our rental home. We had tried to refinance in the past but were unable due to insufficient equity. She knew we had tried in the past, kept us in mind and let us know when she thought the time was right. She made the process so simple by picking up and dropping off needed documents and explaining and helping us through all the steps.
