Carolyn has over 30 years of marketing expertise. Her initial marketing background entailed the development and implementation of a marketing program, which received nearly a 100% response rate and a 100% close rates. This she did single handedly, without the aid of any outside marketing consultants. She devised a program, studied the results and made revisions, until it was as close to perfect, as it could be.
She brought these marketing skills to the real estate industry, so that she was able to share the benefits of her knowledge with her clients. It is her ability to perform extensive research and carefully analyze this data, which is beneficial to both home sellers, as well as homebuyers.
She is a second-generation real estate investment consultant, advising clients from around the world. She works with first time property owners, as well as clients looking to get the best return on their investment dollar. She is familiar with both 1031 Exchanges and TICs (Tenants In Common).
She has a strong finance background, providing mortgages at competitive rates, as well as loans to the credit challenged. It is this mortgage background, which gives her strength when working with sellers. Carolyn can scrutinize the financial viability of the buyers presenting their offers; this helps prevent "buyer fallout", a buyer not being able to close.

She has been a volunteer ESOL teacher for Our Lady of the Americas. She has also volunteered for the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity and is a former board member of the March of Dimes.
