Why do people love to hear themselves talk, but when it comes to writing about themselves...they freeze. "Ahhh, writers block..."  Well I have generally noticed that Real Estate Sales People never have an issue "tooting their horns".

I started in Real Estate 3 years ago and I truly wish that I had entered the industry much earlier.  Why? Because I absolutely love it!  Where else do you have to opportunity to meet the most dynamic individuals?  And when I say dynamic individuals, I mean other Real Estate Sales People!  Without a doubt, the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  I am slightly biast to my own brokerage, but honestly, every time I meet another agent, I realize that we all have a similiar interest in mind...PEOPLE! We love working with people.

Why would a client chose to work with me vs. so many other agents to chose from? My answer is simply put: Active Listening.  Building rapport, product knowledge, negotiating skills...these are all key factors for success as an Agent and I feel confident in all categories.  However, what has always set me apart has been my strong ear for listening to what my clients want. 

We all know how emotional buying and selling homes can be, that's why it is imperative to listen to clients needs and deliver what they expect.

Certifications

My career started in the New Condominium Development sector, where I was able to focus not only on sales and client relations, but a strong emphasis on marketing.

These experiences have allowed me to specialize in the Toronto Condominium Market, with both buying and selling clients. Knowing how to market a property is a key component to the success of any Real Esate Agent, and I am greatful for the years I worked in this field.

A large portion of my clientele are first time home buyers.  As mentioned previously, purchasing and/or selling home is very emotional.  When you add the fact that this is your first time entering the market, it can be very overwhelming.  Well that's where I come in; Building rapport, active listening, product knowledge and all the "What you need to know's" about your first purchase/sale!

Within my business plan, I have created a unique referral system to truly show my clients how special their recommendations are to me.  With this program in place, I have had the opportunity to work with various other clients, from the "empty nester", growing families and private real estate investor.

My goal is simple: Working for You!  Whatever your need to wherever you are in the market place, my objective is to create a strong relationship and deliver what is agreed upon.
