Passion and Motivation
I am a single mother of a teenage daughter who likes to eat daily and is therefore a huge motivation for the hard work I apply to every sale. My passion for working with families and individuals looking to avoid foreclosure comes from a personal experience that I am committed to ensuring happens to no one else. At age 11 I watched my parents be foreclosed on. We were never given the opportunity to go back into our home to remove our things. It is something that I have made my life’s passion because, thankfully, I firmly believe there is never a need for foreclosure in the current market. There are so many other answers and I find it personally rewarding to help people explore other solutions. We all experience challenging times, and it is my privilege to help people in any way that I can, make it to the other side and find relief from financial distress.

| "I can't explain how great Andrea was as my realtor for selling my condo. I listed my unit with another group (including an attorney and negotiator who controlled the deal), and they severely bungled everything, losing my buyer as a result. They then came back to me telling me that they couldn't do any more to sell my unit. They had never seen the sequence of events that led to my unit not getting approved for sale. Enter Andrea. She witnessed the demise of my previous team, and asked me to turn over the property to her. She immediately found another buyer, and was able to work with the lenders and attorneys to get my closing done. What other professionals told me could not be done, simply put, Andrea did. She is a tenacious negotiatior, is highly available, and I owe my closing entirely to her. In an otherwise completely frustrating process, Andrea was the only one who had her head on straight and knew how to get the job done. I would highly recommend her to anyone else completing a real estate transaction in Chicago." |

Throughout our search, she paid attention to the little things that we liked or did not like- she ultimately had a better sense of our taste and needs than even we did and it paid off. | "Andrea Seeley is the agent you need if you are buying real estate in Evanston IL. Her office is at 1615 Sherman Ave Evanston, IL 60201 We just completed a purchase with her as our agent and we could not have been more satisfied with the service she provided, she was knowledgeable with our situation (short sale), available to guide us through the process, and most of all dependable. During our final walk through of the property we discovered the former owners made minimal effort to remove their belongings. She coordinated a team (herself included) and removed all the junk! She surpassed all of our expectations, and went way beyond her obligation as our agent. In Andrea you will get a bulldog, who will get the house you are looking for, no matter what! I would not hesitate to use her again." |
