    I am delighted to tell you about my experience working with Andrew Robb. To be honest I wasn’t entirely sure about Andrew before he started working for me, but out of the 3 realtors I interviewed he came across as the most hard working and willing to do whatever it would take to market and sell my home.

    He showed himself to be very professional, extremely helpful and did way more than I expected. He worked with me as much as for me and he sold my home very quickly in a market that was somewhat depressed. Against some difficult odds, he negotiated a price for my home that pushed the price ceiling above what the market was dictating. He worked hard, worked long hours, was available or made himself available as much as he could. He knew his product and marketed my home just right so that we had a lot of people wanting to see the home. Photographs, flyers, website postings, etc., were very professional and showed the home to its best advantage.

    If I were to say Andrew had a weakness, it would be that he comes across as gentle, but don’t let that fool you, he is adept at negotiating with realtors, home buyers, tradesmen, and will do his utmost to get you the best deal! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to you, I think you would have to look long and hard for his match or someone better.
