Andrew Curti graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics. In fall 2004 he studied political and economic policies of the European Union (EU) in Freiburg, Germany. After a brief stint with America One Financed he transferred his license to MTG Finance. Since then he has narrowed his focus to manufactured homes and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, although he is capable of originating all types of home mortgages.
Andrew’s philosophy is to be honest and ethical throughout the process of providing quality services to everyone. He prides himself on offering his service free of stress and confusion. He constantly updates his clients, and most importantly listens to their needs. Andrew encourages all home owners to constantly check their eligibility. Interest rates are constantly fluctuating, and in addition to that, the qualifying factors that determine a person’s eligibility change as well. In order to stay in the best financial situation as possible, it is necessary to gauge where you fall on the spectrum of eligibility. By contacting Andrew you will be able to tell what programs you qualify for, or what needs to be done in order for you to qualify for the optimal program for you.
