I received my 1st Real Estate license in 1984 in a small community on Oneida Lake in upstate New York. Prior to that time I was raised and worked in a family Restaurant business, atering to weddings, banquets and the lunch and evening dinner trade. We were famous for great customer service when dealing with large groups of up to 400 and when accommodating the individual local person on a daily basis. I have spent a lifetime interacting with the public consumer and therefore feel that is why when people meet with me from their first visit they are able to be relaxed and share conversation with me that allows me to assist them in obtaining their goal, let that be to purchase a property or sell the one they have. My dimeanor says what I feel, that being whatever your needs, whatever your price point ... I am here to give you the best service I possibly can. If I do not have the answers or the tools available to achieve what needs to be done, we will work together and make it happen.

Education has always been important to me . When people meet me, I want them to feel that I am not just a "lucky" Realtor, but an agent that they can have confidence in because I am "L aboring U nder C orrect K nowledge". Soon after becoming licensed, I earned my New York State Broker's license and many designations following during my career. I am proud to have earned the following designations:
ABR (Accredited Buyer's Agent) CSP (Certified New Home Specialist) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
e-PRO (REALTORS® ONLY Tech.Cert.Program) GRI (Graduate of Realtor's Inst) SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)
Because of my extensive training and good listening skills, I have always had the ability to educate buyers and sellers in whatever market place I am working in. I am a member of the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), The National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR).
When I came to SW Florida, I began my Lee County Real Estate career working for a National builder. Since working for 2 additional National builders in Fort Myers, I believe I have the expertise to market your current home as well as represent you in the negotiating of a new or resale home, with the builder's onsite agent or the Realtor that works in general Real Estate with equal confidence that we will get the best price and terms possible to fit your personal needs.
I am the Mother 3 and Grandmother of 6, ages from 3 to 23 that live from New York to Montana and our International airport so near by makes it possible for short visits through out the year but with the comfort of being in SW Florida living in the sunshine and still assisting buyers and sellers accomplish their goals. Below is the scenery I see when out listing and selling property to the families I have the pleasure of working with.
