My goal is to make the search for a home an enjoyable experience for my clients. I will show them properties and discuss benefits & disadvantages of each until we find the property that best fits their needs. I then help them complete an offer to purchase, help with negotiation and home inspections and stay right beside them until closing day. We will do a final walk-through and I will go to the closing with them.
Financing is my specialty, VA, FHA, IHDA, Rural Housing, conventional 80/10/10, even creative financing. I have made it a priority to always keep up with the local lenders and will help sort through the smorgasbord of loan programs available. Whether a first time buyer or an executive looking for luxurious comfort, I work to make the move as stress free as possible.

To provide the best service when selling real estate, I create a customized marketing plan every time I work with a someone selling their home. My properties are featured in MLS, all 3 of the local home magazines as well as realtor.com. I will create a virtual tour of the property highlighting the best features and showcase it on the major real estate web engines. The home will be featured with many pictures and detailed descriptive remarks that will entice potential buyers to want to come and see this home. I will keep my client informed of progress or lack thereof.
Once we have a contract, I will help with negotiations and follow through until closing is complete. I will be sure all contingencies and dates on contract are met. I will be sure title search, deed, lake lease, etc. are prepared for closing and I will attend closing with my client.
