I have been a REALTOR (R) for over nine years. I really love helping first time home buyers. I am very good at educating my buyers and answering their questions. I am knowledgeable on different loan options. I also know potential pitfalls - from sewer scope to too many potential fixups to the time frame you should expect if you are buying a foreclosed home, a home in foreclosure, a short sale, or from a home that is occupied. I care that the buyer is educated about the current market and have started to hold first time home buyer workshops. I like to think of myself as an Arapahoe County native however I was born just to the north of the line of Colfax, in Adams County. Despite that fact I have spent more than 50% of my life now in Arapahoe County. If you are thinking of buying in Englewood, Littleton, Aurora, Centennial....I can help. Currently I reside in Englewood and my kids have gone to Englewood and Littleton Public Schools. I attended off and on Aurora Public Schools and have recently tutored in some of those schools. I love the fact that Colorado Front Range has such a large park system that is interconnected with trails. Over the last ten years I have begun conversant in Spanish and love trying out my language!
