My client base consists of 1st time home buyers, buyers looking for short sales, baby boomers wanting to up size, downsize or looking for their vacation home. and Generation X or Y. Each generation have very specific needs and wants. When comparing the lifestyle of a baby boomer to Generation X & Y, the differences requires a real estate professional to understand and become very familiar with the life cycle of each generation. Also our world has become diverse in multi cultures which also requires a real estate professional to understand the culture differences in lifestyle in order to full fill buyers and sellers wants and needs.
From Cape May NJ to North, West, East of the State, my prior work experience directed me to all parts of NJ, so I am very familiar with the 21 counties characteristics, and what each county has to offer in terms of employment, neighborhoods, financial & educational data.
Sellers should become very aware of a real estate agent that can speak to potential home buyers representing the generational differences. My listings represent high end properties, investment properties, condo and townhomes, vacation homes, multi families, also which I personally have experienced living in each of these dwellings types.
