My current certifications are ABR, ASP, CNE. I have 10 years experience selling Real Estate on Whidbey Island and have lived on Whidbey for 30 years.

Living on beautiful Whidbey Island, a good portion of our sales are for vacation getaways, second homes and homes for retiring "Baby Boomers". A large amount of my sales have been those types of properties named above which definitely brings high end business to the Island as most Buyer's for vacation getaways, second homes and retirement homes are looking for waterfront or view properties.
