I have been in the Real Estate industry for approximately 20 years. Starting with my first introduction as a Foreclosure Officer at a Mortgage servicing company. After getting my feet wet, I found that I would much rather be a "Dream Maker" than a "Dream Destroyer". Based on that, I left the industry for awhile and became a Principal of a new startup private elementary school. With the great success that it experienced, I was elevated to Board member. As a board member, one of my functions was to find a larger site to relocate the school. In my search for just the right location, I found myself right back where I had started, in Real Estate. So I re-enter the market again with a new industry knowledge, zest and excitement! I have found with my love for educating people, and strong focus for working with families, it is a great fit.
My primary clientele recently has been first time buyers, and this is because of the Seminars I have been having. I find that the best buyer is an educated buyer. And in this market it is important for a buyer to be well informed. So I cover topics that are relevant for todays market that will set my buyers apart in these times. Also, knowing the area in which you want to make your investment and understanding that even though this may be your first home, it is still an investment into your future. And for my sellers, my team and I love doing creative open houses that cause great traffic. I also specialize in working with clients that may be a little "credit challenged" and may not be ready right away to buy, but need some help to get started in the process.
