| Dear Prospective Home buyer/seller, Let me tell you a story about "customer loyalty.” My wife and I decided after 17 years it was time to sell our house. Like many of you, our house was more than wood and stucco held together by nails. Our house was the little piece of this world we called our own, the place we raised our children and entertained family and friends. Our house was built by love, laughter and memories that will always be cherished. It was our home. Relying on someone to sell our home took a leap of faith. Would the realtor understand the amount of time, effort and money we put into our home? Would they take the time to understand our needs during the process? Would they patiently walk us through tough contract negotiations? Most importantly would they make every effort sell our home at the price we felt was fair?
