| “Dream Homes Oregon” is more than just a name, it’s a promise. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and as first time home buyers the process of not only finding, but buying our first home seemed daunting. From the property searches, to the lender selection, all the way through the inspection and negotiations, the list of things that you feel the need to be an expert in is endless. The reality of what we went through with the help of our lender, Annemie Williams, was painless and easy. We were floored at the level of customer service and personalization that Annemie gave us. A little background story. When we first met Annemie we walked into a beautifully remodeled home by Old Time Investments that had everything we put on our list of must haves. Unfortunately the house was sold that morning, but by chance we met Annemie who was showing the house. Annemie took time to get to know my fiancé and me asking us questions about our backgrounds and really getting to know who we are. We shared with her our vision, list of amenities, and timing plan. Annemie used all of this information to show us properties that we really enjoyed. The toughest decision for us was going to be narrowing down all the choices into the house that was just the one for us. Annemie’s service didn’t stop there; she recommended lenders that we met with as well as walked us through every step of the inspection, negotiation, and process of the closing. We never felt alone the whole time and when you are buying your first house, there’s nothing better than the feeling of having an expert on your side. As luck would have it the deal on the first house where we met Annemie fell through and we were afforded the opportunity to buy it. All along this was the house for us. From the staging, to the finishes, we really were able to see ourselves living here. In the end, with all the amazing help from our realtor, we now own this beautiful property and look forward to building a family in the “Dream Home” that Annemie helped us get. There was never any stress or pressure put on us and coupled with her personalized service, we felt like we were family.
