Get to Know Anne Thurmond
Anne Thurmond began her real estate career in 1993 after a career in the food distribution industry as an Industrial Engineer. Early in her career, Anne specialized in the foreclosure and REO market and soon was recognized as her offices' top sales agent for 5 years. In 1998, she joined RE/MAX Suburban Atlanta and a nationally recognized top team in that office. The training she received provided her a sound footing to advance her real estate career upon moving to a company in Alpharetta to grow the sales office while continuing to service her past clients and referrals. In October of 2005, Anne joined Keller Williams Realty in Atlanta because of the phenominal growth and progressive environment. She is currently a member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council, recognized in the top 20% office sales and lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. | My husband and I met Anne while viewing another home she was selling. She knew we were first time homebuyers and she was so honest with us about the fixer upper she was selling. We decided not to go with this particular home, but we found another home on Zillow that we wanted to see. Our current realtor was not helping us the way we needed. We had never been through this process before, and we really needed someone to hold our hand and help us-not just someone who was there to collect a paycheck. We decided to call Anne and she stepped in as our new realtor. I can't imagine a first time home buying experience being better! Yes, it was stressful waiting for answers from everyone, but she never let a single email or phone call go unanswered. She got us a great deal on our new home, and it is truly our dream house! We could not have felt more comfortable with Anne, and if we ever decide to sell-she will be the first one we call! | All I can say is that with many home purchases over the years Anne made my last one awesome. The best way for me to explain it is that she just has a way of connecting with you, at least for me that was the situation. She spoke with my wife and I to get a feel for what we wanted picked out some awesome homes and helped us through the whole process. Neither of us ever had a question that she wasn't able to competently answer and at the end of it all we had a great home and a great deal. If ever we need to sell and or buy another home she will most certainly be where we go. |

| We had a very challenging situation in many ways. Anne totally surprised us with her ability to promise big and then deliver big! I don't think our home would have ever closed if not for Anne and her ability to keep everything in calm and confident control. | I would highly recommend Anne Thurmond. We used her to sell our house this past spring. Her knowledge of the market enabled us to get our home sold very quickly and for close to list price. We did not want our home to sit on the market for a long time and wanted to price it right from the beginning. Anne's expertise in setting the list price was key. She was always very responsive and returned calls in a timely manner whenever we needed her. |
